Initiate Your Request
Log into your Velobike account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
